Proposal Review Process

A Center Advisory Board (CAB) has been established to oversee the Center activities (research, implementation, outreach, training, and workforce development) and to ensure that the conducted activities are closely related to the infrastructure needs and challenges faced in Region 6.

After the Problem Statements are received, a Research Committee (RC) will review, discuss, and rank the received Problem Statements. For the highest ranked statements, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be developed by the leadership team.

A Project Review Committee (PRC) will act as an independent committee that will review and rank proposals, recommend researchers to the Leadership Team, and follow activities throughout the life of a project including implementation activities.
