Overview

Tran-SET proudly welcomes a wide-array of sponsors to participate in the upcoming 2019 Tran-SET Conference in San Antonio, TX. Sponsorship is a great opportunity to showcase novel materials, advanced equipment, and market services to a diverse, professional audience (including local, state, and federal government agencies, researchers, and other industries). The Conference will provide a unique, friendly, and collaborative environment.

Exhibitor | $1,000

Exhibit Hall open ALL day Friday, April 12

Display table in Exhibitor Hall, plus full access to conference sessions and meals for two (2) exhibitor representatives ($200 for each additional representative).
Access to delegate list including e-mail addresses.
Company name and link on conference website.
Company logo on screens during meals and breaks.
Company name listed on conference signage.

Exhibitor kits for the conference will be e-mailed in March 2019.

Silver Sponsor | $2,000

Exhibitor benefits, PLUS:

Full-page advertisement in conference program.
Preferred choice of exhibit table in prime location.
One (1) additional full-conference registration, including all conference meals and special events.
Logo recognition in pre-conference e-mails.
Social media announcement when sponsorship is arranged.

Gold Sponsor | $4,000

Two-page advertisement in conference program.
Second choice of exhibit table in prime location.
Two (2) additional full-conference registrations, including all conference meals and special events.
Logo recognition in pre-conference e-mails.
